We will tell you exactly what we are going to do on your behalf, when we are going to do it, and how much it will cost. It’s called a Scope of Work document, and it’s a way to keep everybody on the same page, keep all expectations in line.

Kickoff meeting.

After our free initial consultation (phone or email exchange) we want to get everybody together around a table. We may specialize in communicating with your customers, but our years of brand consulting experience tells us the first person to communicate with is you.
